1. Data Controller

2. Types of data collected
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form: name, email address, phone number (optional) and description of your project. We do not collect sensitive personal data within the meaning of Art. 9 GDPR.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to respond to your enquiries and quote requests, on the legal basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use your data for profiling or direct marketing without your explicit consent.
4. Data retention
Data provided through the contact form is retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt of the enquiry. Data related to contractual relationships is retained for 10 years in compliance with applicable legal obligations. After the retention period, data is permanently deleted or anonymised.
5. Recipients and processors
Your data is not sold to third parties for commercial or advertising purposes. It may be shared with technical service providers — such as hosting platforms and transactional email services — who process data on behalf of the controller as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR, providing adequate data protection guarantees.
6. Your rights
Under Arts. 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; request rectification or erasure (right to be forgotten); object to processing or request restriction; request data portability; withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
